Our Founder
Our Story
Ebony Harris is Founder/Principal Consultant of (RE)Calibrate Consulting.
Ebony is born and raised in Chicago, with Trinidadian roots.
She is a 2016 graduate of the illustrious Howard University, majoring in Administration of Justice. She went on to continue her education at Loyola University Chicago, graduating with her Master of Social Work, specializing in Forensic Mental Health. Upon graduating, Ebony has worked both in the nonprofit sector and in private/group practice.
(RE)Calibrate Consulting was born out of Ebony's personal experience with workplace stress and burnout. Over the years, Ebony has become intentional about ensuring work/life balance and has been impactful in helping family, friends, and colleagues do the same. Currently working as a Mental Health Therapist/Trauma Specialist, Ebony has recognized a need for more solution-focused goals and plans, especially with BIPOC millennials she has seen in practice, majority who have been experiencing the same workplace burnout that Ebony has worked to combat for herself.
Personal Mission Statement: My mission is to engage communities, filling in the gaps to eradicate injustice and make an impact for my people.
